The River of Fire Festival is a free, 4th of July celebration that has been bringing joy and excitement to locals and visitors alike for more than 30 years. Bring lawn chairs and picnic blankets to set-up the perfect spot for your family to view an awe-inspiring fireworks display, then enjoy the fun activities the festival offers. Let the little ones unleash their excitement in the vibrant Kids Zone, tantalize your taste buds with an array of culinary delights at Food Truck Alley, unwind and relax in the inviting Beer Garden, and groove to the rhythm of sensational live entertainment. Get ready for an evening of family-friendly fun and patriotic festivities!
When & Where
The River of Fire Festival occurs on Thursday, July 4th, 2024 from 2:00 to 10:30 p.m. at Columbia Park in Kennewick. Free parking is available beginning at 12:00 p.m.
Kids Zone
Little ones will step into a world of endless fun and excitement at the Kids Zone. With a collection of vibrant bounce houses, thrilling obstacle courses, imaginative face painting options, and engaging games, kids are guaranteed a memorable experience.
Food Truck Alley
Indulge in mouthwatering treats from Food Truck Alley, where an array of food trucks await you at River of Fire Festival. Explore a wide range of flavors and satisfy your taste buds as you sample each vendor's street food creations.
Beer Garden
Unwind and savor the flavors of craft brews in the inviting beer garden, open from 4:00 to 9:30 p.m. Indulge in a refreshing pint as you bask in the relaxed atmosphere and soak up the festive ambiance.
Live Entertainment
Enjoy live music by Shanks Pony and Rancho Unido as they deliver electrifying performances throughout the evening. Find a spot to soak in their captivating melodies or grab a partner and dance the night away.
Fireworks
Prepare to be amazed as the festivities conclude with a magnificent fireworks show beginning at 10:00 p.m. Marvel at the awe-inspiring display as fireworks soar into the night sky from a barge and cast a brilliant glow over the river.
